Fumin Zhang has won an Office of Naval Research Young Investigator Award for his project proposal entitled "Generic Environmental Models (GEMs) for Agile Marine Autonomy." Dr. Zhang is an assistant professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Tech-Savannah campus.
