Georgia Tech ECE Career Fairs

Important Registration Information

• Standard registration includes one table for up to four (4) company representatives for one day.
• Each company may register for one or both days for this Spring Career Fair.
• A second table and up to two (2) additional representatives may be added on the same day for a $300 fee.
• Online payment at the time of registration is requested.  
• Spot is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-paid basis until capacity is reached.
• The payment date determines the applicable registration rate.  (See chart below.)
   

Standard Registration Dates & Fees 

What is Included in the Standard Registration

• Listing on CareerBuzz as an Attending Company
• Face to face access to quality BS, MS, and Ph.D. Georgia Tech ECE students during the Career Fair
• One 6ft. long table, for up to four (4) company representatives
• Wireless internet access
• Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the day
• Blank name tags will be provided, or feel free to bring your own
• Table number will be assigned at check in

Policies Around Cancellations and Refund

• Refunds can be issued by written requests received before November 24, 4pm ET.
• Any cancellation request after the deadline will result in no refund.
• Career Fair "no-shows" are NOT entitled to transfers or refunds.
• Any outstanding bills will prevent employers from participating in future career fairs.
• The ECE Career Fair is organized by the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Georgia Tech. Please note that, although Georgia Tech hosts multiple career fairs, registration and payment for the ECE Career Fair are non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other events hosted by the Institute.

When and Where Can I Ship Materials

• For companies participating in the ECE Career Fair, shipments are accepted between the following dates: Monday, January 19 - Wednesday, January 28.
• Materials received by the date above will be delivered to your table.
• If you are unable to meet the shipping deadline above, please plan to bring all materials with you. The shipping and receiving team will not be able to accommodate any additional services.
