Career Fair Information for ECE Students

Attending career fairs is a wonderful opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers and 
leave an impression as you explore job and internship opportunities.

Find the internships, co-ops, and career paths that align with your interests and goals in CareerBuzz.
Identify the skills and qualifications companies are looking for.  Then come prepared to 
meet representatives from companies that are eager to hire ECE students.

The Spring 2026 ECE Career Fair will take place over two days, with different companies attending each day.
 Students are encouraged to attend both days to maximize networking opportunities and exposure to a wide range of employers.

How can I prepare for the Fair?

 Attend Workshops – Career Fair Prep Workshops will be available.
Refer to the GT Career Fair Prep site – > VISIT SITE
 Research Companies – Know what they are looking for, and who to talk to.
 Develop Questions – Demonstrate your interest with thoughtful questions.
 Practice your Elevator Pitch – Be ready to introduce yourself confidently and concisely.
Bring your BuzzCard – You will need it to check in at the registration desk.
Bring Copies of Your Resume – Have several printed and ready to share.
Dress in Business Attire – Suites, or blouse and slacks or the equivalent. (Shorts and T-shirts are NOT permitted.)
 Rest up and show up as your best self – A good night’s sleep and a deep breath go a long way!
