What is Included in the standard registration?
- Listing on CareerBuzz as an attending company
- In-person access to BS, MS, and Ph.D. Georgia Tech ECE students
- One 6ft. table and 2 chairs
- Visitor internet access
- Breakfast and lunch for up to four (4) company representatives
- Beverages throughout the day
- Blank name tags (you may also bring your own)
- Table assignment provided at check-in
Upgrade Options
- Please contact mitsuko.ito@ece.gatech.edu in advance to confirm availability
- Upgrade purchases must be completed by August 14, 2026
- Option 1: Additional representatives may be added for $100 per person
- Option 2: An additional table and up to two (2) additional representatives may be added for $500, subject to availability
- Option 3: An interview booth with an additional representative per booth, may be added, subject to availability. The fee is $500 for one interview booth, and $800 for two booths. (The interview booths are located on the upper level in a semi-private area, separate from the main concourse where the career fair tables will be set up)
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mitsuko.ito@ece.gatech.edu by July 31, 2026
- Requests made on or after August 1 will not be eligible for a refund
- Career Fair “no-shows” are not entitled to transfers or refunds
- Employers with outstanding balances will be restricted from participating in future career fairs
- The “ECE Career Fair” is hosted by the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at Georgia Tech. While there are various Career Fairs offered throughout Georgia Tech, your registration and payment for this event are non-transferable, and cannot be applied to any other events at Georgia Tech.
