ECE's Nelson Lourenco, Reza Pourabolghasem, and Dogancan (Can) Temel were chosen for Sigma Xi Best Ph.D. Thesis Awards, which were presented at the Georgia Tech Sigma Xi Awards Banquet on April 18.
