Mohammad Faisal Amir, Duckhwan Kim, and Jae Ha Kung received the Best Student Paper Award at the IEEE SOI-3D-Subthreshold Microelectronics Technology Unified Conference (IEEE S3S), held October 10-13, 2016 in San Francisco, California.

Adam Charles, Majid Sodagar, and Amit Trivedi have been chosen for Sigma Xi Best Ph.D. Thesis Awards, which will be presented at the Georgia Tech Sigma Xi Awards Banquet on April 21.

An interdisciplinary research team from Georgia Tech, representing the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering (ME), won the Best Paper Award at the IEEE/ACM ISLPED 2015.
