ECE Ph.D. student Taiyun Chi has been selected for the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Pre-doctoral Achievement Award for 2017-18.

The award was established by SSCS last year in honor of former ECE professor Jim Meindl, who passed away in 2020.

ECE Associate Professor Hua Wang has been awarded a prestigious Director’s Fellowship from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). 

ECE Professor Arijit Raychowdhury has been selected for the 2020 Qualcomm Faculty Award.
