ECE Ph.D. student Mohammad Alhassoun won the Best Paper Award at the IEEE International Conference on RFID 2018, held April 10-12 in Orlando, Florida.

Undergraduate researchers from the Georgia Tech School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) had a fine showing at SRC TECHCON 2019, held September 8-10 in Austin, Texas.

Originating as a class project, the concept for low-cost, minimal waste communication satellites demonstrated its potential at the 2023 IEEE Wireless in Space and Extreme Environments conference.
