Each year the Academic Success and Advising team in the Office of Undergraduate Education honors faculty and staff across Georgia Tech who have made exceptional contributions to undergraduate achievement. These annual awards recognize individuals outside of our division whose work advances student retention, progression, advising, and well-being.

School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Director of Student Engagement and Well-Being Lakshmi Raju won this year's Complete College Georgia Champion for her transformative impact on student success in ECE. The award recognizes one Georgia Tech faculty or staff member annually for their outstanding contributions to undergraduate retention, progression, and timely graduation.
