Much of the information available on the ECE Personnel list is pulled from the data warehouse.
Name
If you have a name that you prefer to be called which is not your official name, you can update it in Passport:
- Login with your OIT GT ("prism") account
- In the Contact Info subsection after you login, click the link for "Display Name"
- Read the information on that page, and if this is what you would like to do, then click the "Set a display name" button and follow the instructions.
It will probably take a few days before it will update in our system.
Title
The title listed is your official title according to OHR. If you have recently had a change, it should update automatically. But if it takes a month or longer, you may want to contact Linda Dillon for assistance.
Phone

Office
Please send a message to help@ece.gatech.edu if you want your office location updated.
You can update your email address through Passport:
- Login with your OIT GT ("prism") account
- In the Email Addresses subsection after you login, click the button next to the line that contains "Your official email address"
- Select the appropriate email address from your list of addresses and aliases, and click the Save button
It will probably take a few days after you receive that email before it will update in our system.
