We are excited to invite you to participate in the Inaugural COE-BME co-sponsored 2026 Biomedical STAR-AI Makerspace Hackathon designed to enable Georgia Tech next generation AI engineers and scientists to make Real-World Impact by Experiential Learning and Problem Solving. As the AI’s impact in healthcare unfolds, there is a need for Biomedical Safe, Trustworthy, Actionable, Responsible AI (STAR-AI). Can you make it happen in 48 hours? You are offered AI Makerspace from April 29 to May 10, 2026. You can form a team here and choose up to two topics from four real-world biomedical AI challenges:
