Abstract: Randy Poliner is President of Antares Capital Corporation, a private venture capital firm investing equity capital in expansion stage companies. Randy was a founder/CEO of two venture-backed firms, one in technology and the other in information services, both with successful exits. He led a publicly held turnaround and eventual sale of that firm to a NYSE company.  He also served as CEO of two of Antares Capital portfolio companies with eventual and successful exits, one to a public Japanese conglomerate and the second to another privately held firm. 

Randy earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
