The George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, in conjunction with the Institute for Leadership and Social Impact and Georgia Tech’s ADVANCE Program, will host Kim Greene as the 2024 speaker for the Women in Engineering Leadership Lecture Series. The event will take place on Thursday, September 26, from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. in the Atlantic Theater, located in the John Lewis Student Center, and is open to the entire Georgia Tech community. Lunch will be provided following the lecture and registration is required.
Greene, who was named chairman, president and chief executive officer of Georgia Power in 2023, will deliver a talk focused on her career journey and the lessons she has learned along the way. A Q&A will immediately follow.
