Do you have an invention and want to protect it before talking to the public? Do you have a business and need to make products without infringing others' patents? Have you decided to use a patent Pro Bono attorney but need to run your own patent prior art search first? Or are you someone who is curious about patents? Welcome to the patent class.

In this class, you will learn the patent basics, a quick overview of patenting processes and additional resources. Handouts are included.

This class is a part of the Summer Online IP Class Series: Overview of patents, covering patentability requirements, identification of patent documents, and patenting processes. There will be Q&A time at the end of the class.

Audience: Inventors, entrepreneurs, students, researchers, and professionals.

The classes are offered online on multiple dates (5/19, 6/16, 7/21, and 8/4). Please select a date and register online.
