Lakshmi Raju received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech. She also received the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship during her graduate degree program. After her Ph.D., she joined Georgia Tech as a faculty member, and Director of Student Engagement and Well-Being in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering. 

As the ECE Director of SEWB, Dr. Raju works to foster a diverse, collaborative, and supportive environment in the School of ECE.
