Fueled by determination, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) professor Chris Rozell became the first in his family to go to college. He continued his education in graduate school, and now conducts research at Georgia Tech to find effective treatments for chronic psychiatric disorders. Rozell’s journey, made possible by federal and community financial support, has allowed him to break the cycle of generational poverty and make an impact on others.
