Biography

Dr. Brooks Lindsey is an adjunct assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering and an assistant professor in the Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering. He leads the http://lindsey.gatech.edu/">Ultrasonic Imaging and Instrumentation Lab, where research activities focus on the development of devices, systems, and algorithms for diagnostic imaging and image guidance using ultrasound. Current areas of interest include intravascular and endoscopic imaging and blood flow imaging. Before joining Georgia Tech, Dr. Lindsey completed a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Duke University before completing postdoctoral work at the University of North Carolina-North Carolina State University.
