Mindfulness is the deliberate act of slowing down to pay attention in the moment without judgment and with kindness. Mindfulness has many benefits including developing self-compassion, improved stress response, improved focus and attention, and better interpersonal relationships. Participants are invited to experience different mindfulness practices in this session.
